Delivery Details

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible, however delays may occur due to supply chain issues beyond our control. Please note it may take up to 30 days to deliver some orders.


We wil contact you by email or telephone to confirm delivery details. If there is likely to be a delay we wil inform you ASAP.

We deliver the majority of orders on our own vehicles to the a postal address in the delivery area shown on the map. To reduce fraud we are unable to deliver to a non postal address, e.g car park, field etc.


The consumer must be present at the time of delivery. The delivery note must be signed to confirm the goods are undamaged, al items are present and as described. Any shortages must be recorded on the delivery note. After signing the delivery note the consumer will be responsible for the goods.


Signing "Goods unchecked" or similar is not acceptable.


Deliveries are typically curbside delivery only with good being unload no more than 3metres off the side of vehicle.


"We will not walk or carry materials around the back of the house,garden etc to where you want them this is the responsibility of the customer to arrange"


If there is any restrictions with delivery please inform us when we confirm delivery date.


If the customer is not present on the day arranged, goods will come back to our depot for customer to collect or be charged again for delivery cost at the rate of your zone.
